Workshops


Full-day and Weekend workshops are an effective way of introducing and offering an enriching environment for beginning or intermediate learning of mindfulness practices.  While these workshops can take place in your office, it is often preferable to have the longer ones conducted at an outside facility offering a relaxing and reflective environment.  Six hour, full day, and weekend (one and two day) workshops are available.
