Individualized Instruction
Individualized instruction is offered as part of the following three programs:
 
Eight Week Program.  This foundation-level program is ideal both for persons who are not familiar with mindfulness as well as those who are interested in more effectively incorporating it into their work day.
 
The program is completed over an eight week period, with weekly meetings forming the basis of the one-on-one instruction.
 
The first meeting introduces general concepts, using the Jurisight Method of mindfulness instruction designed specially for attorneys.  At this meeting, mind-body balancing techniques are taught which both serve as powerful methods of stress reduction and provide the building blocks for future techniques.  You are encouraged to practice this exercise, with special instruction for how to do so without needing to set aside additional time.
 
At each weekly meeting you will be introduced to a new mindfulness concept that builds on the prior meeting’s work.  You will receive instruction on a how to modify or build on a prior technique to make it more effective or be introduced to a new technique that will deepen your capacity to move into states of deeper mindful awareness.
 
Once foundational level exercises have become routine, you will be ready to incorporate a core technique that facilitates your ability to intentionally move into a state of neural-integration (a balanced state of mind) and opens the doorway to greater insight.
 
Throughout the program communication by way of e-mail and text messaging will be used to cue and reinforce basic mindfulness techniques.  This will help to solidify the trainings and make the sessions maximally effective.  
 
Six Week Program.  This program is an abridged form of the Eight Week Program and is intended to provide a solid overview to the Jurisight Program and introduction to the same foundational level techniques.  
 
Four Week Program.  This program is an abridged form of the Eight Week Program and is intended to provide a general overview to the Jurisight Program and introduction to the same foundational level techniques.  Much of the same primary material is covered but there is less of an opportunity for one-on-one guidance over the application of all of the techniques and for individual adjustment.
 
Individualized Program.  This program is intended for lawyers who have no prior experience with mindfulness practices as well as those who are very familiar with mindfulness practice or who have completed the eight week program and wish to continue with one-on-one consulting or coaching.
 
This program is a specially tailored and focused consulting service designed to meet a variety of different needs.  One-on-one meetings are held at your office or at the Institute and are scheduled for 75 minutes.
 
All of the individualized programs include consultation and ongoing instruction through telephone calls, e-mail correspondence, and instant message exchanges.
 
 
 
The IMS offers instruction and consultation in mindfulness- based practices. Our services, designed to enhance performance and well-being, are tailored for schools, firms, small and large groups, and individuals.

This two-hour workshop will take place in Miami Beach on Sunday January 11th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Registration is $75. and limited to eight participants.
